I am currently working with private clients whilst giving 'body conditioning' classes 5 times a week. Having worked in the health and wellbeing world since 1999 (became 'one of london's top 50 wellbeing guru's) with press in Evening Standard, Harpers Bazaar and Sunday Express (see press star), I have fulfilled my life long dream to become a personal trainer, having always struggled with my weight.

I offer you a bespoke exercise programme which includes nutrition, a holistic approach and I will guide, inspire and help you get you to your goal. Whether you want to lose weight, be generally healthier, feel more energetic, look great or all of them.
